Situated in a remote spot in Gozo, where noise pollution does not reach and in between breathtaking landscapes lies this gem of hotel which features rooms all on ground level finished to provide a very level of comfort. That is Hotel Ta’ Cenc!
Our office was recently commissioned to design and supervise the installation of new Air Conditioning for many of the apartments. After a call for quotations the works were eventually carried out by MA&A Ltd using state of the art DAIKEN VRF Systems under the direction of Ing Lucienne Scicluna. The work was carried out to a high standard while our office left no stone unturned to see that the works will be fully commissioned and handed over to specification within the budget and time frame agreed with the Hotel Management.
Our office has also provided some assistance to the Hotel Maintenance Team to provide the electrical installation upgrading for the new AC Equipment. The work was spearheaded by the Hotel Maintenance Manager Bjorn Vella whose work was also of an impeccable standard.
