NEW FAÇADE LIGHTING FOR MIDDLESEA HOUSE – FLORIANA

We are very proud that as the resident engineers for Middlesea House in Floriana we have embarked, together with DHI Periti on the façade lighting of this prestigious building in Floriana. The lighting will form part and parcel of the comprehensive upgrade of the building which will include changing of apertures and redecoration of the facades. Works on the project are due to start in the beginning of next month and should be completed by the middle of next year. The lighting installation will comprise uplighting of all apertures, lining of the roof kerb, and some up and down lighting to give the building its character and will enhance the night look to give the prestige such a building deserves.

Servizz.gov new regional hub in Mosta

This new servizz.gov regional hub in Mosta has been officially launched during a press conference addressed by the Principal Permanent Secretary Mr Mario Cutajar and Parliamentary Secretary for Planning and Simplification of Administrative Processes Dr Michael Falzon at the Paola Local Council. It is offering governmental services within the community.

Enser Ltd were the appointed Engineers entrusted with the design and supervision of all the Building Services within the Complex. Enser worked close with the architects, designers as well as servizz.gov officials to deliver the project.

New GO plc Commercial Outlet at PAVI – Qormi

On 1st December, GO opened a new retail outlet at Qormi’s PAVI shopping complex. This was part of the strategy to improve the customer interface.
“As part of our continuous efforts to offer the best customer experience, we will be relocating our current Birkirkara outlet to PAVI shopping complex in Qormi. Through this new outlet at PAVI we shall be offering all GO services, including technical support, whilst adhering to all Covid-19 safety protocols. Additionally, we have ample, free parking available to all visitors. We invite everyone to visit us and experience GO’s award-winning TV app and benefit from a host of Christmas offers,” said Antonio Ivankovic, Chief Commercial Officer.
ENSER have worked closely with GO plc Commercial and Technical teams together with the appointed contractors to deliver the project to have a strong corporate solution incorporating state of art engineering solutions within the planned time frame and budget.

The Gozo Innovation Hub

The Gozo Innovation Hub was officially inaugurated in Xewkija, Gozo, with an investment of €9 million from Malta Industrial Parks and co-financed through European Funds for Regional Development.
Spanning over 9,000 sqm, the Gozo Innovation Hub will be housing high-end, smart businesses working on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, blockchain and the internet of things. The Gozo Innovation Hub will be creating about 120 new jobs in Gozo.
We are delighted to have been the building services designers in this project, having teamed up with the lead Project Managers and Architects, Med Design Associates. Together we have managed to deliver this state of art project.

ICHIBAN Japanese Burger Restaurant

We congratulate the Preluna Management under the direction of Mr Andrea Preca on the opening of their new Japanese burger restaurant ICHIBAN. We feel proud to have once more contributed as the Engineering Consultants on this project. The building services were designed and supervised by one of our young engineers Ms Amy Abdilla

Mellieħa Holiday Complex Upgrade

We congratulate the Mellieha Holiday Complex Restaurant Management and their Restaurant Operator for the reopening of their catering facilities after extensive refurbishing of the Kitchen, Restaurant and Bar. The official opening of the event, occured on Tuesday 23rd April in the presence of Ejner Holst, and the Prime Minister. We are proud to have been the M&E Consultants working closely with the team including architects-studio Patrick Calleja, and AIS Project Managers Matthew Gatt and Chris Debono under the direction of Mr Hamdi Abu Rab and Mr Simon Stilon. The M&E Contractor on this project was Engenuity Ltd.
